Stellartide Apps Terms

These Terms apply to Stellartide Apps and any Stellartide app project that links to this document. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You may use Stellartide apps for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms, applicable app store rules, and any additional terms shown inside a specific app.

• You are responsible for keeping your device, account, and credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when an app asks for it.
• You must comply with applicable laws and platform rules while using the app.

Some apps may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and trials may be handled by the relevant app store or payment processor.

If app store terms conflict with these Terms for a purchase, the app store terms control for that purchase.

You agree not to misuse the apps or interfere with their normal operation.

• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the apps except where allowed by law.
• Do not use the apps to break the law, infringe rights, harass others, or distribute harmful content.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, payment, usage limits, or access controls.

If an app allows you to create, upload, or store content, you keep your rights to that content. You grant Stellartide the limited permission needed to operate, sync, display, back up, and support the app features you use.

You are responsible for content you create or submit through the apps.

The apps, websites, software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by Stellartide or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Stellartide intellectual property to you.

The apps may depend on app stores, operating systems, analytics tools, payment processors, cloud services, or other third-party services. Stellartide is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

The apps are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellartide disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellartide will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms, change app features, or suspend access when needed to protect users, maintain the service, comply with law, or address misuse.
